DCWV Inc. Acquires Blue Moon Beads

PROVO, UTAH—June 10, 2011—DCWV Inc., one of the country’s leading home decor, paper crafting, and stationery companies, announced today that it has acquired  the assets and intellectual property of Blue Moon Beads, a supplier of fashion forward, hand-crafted beads and jewelry based in Southern California .  Offering a wide array of high quality and exotic beads and coordinating components from artisans based around the world, Blue Moon Beads will operate as a division of DCWV Inc. and continue to operate a large portion of the business from its California offices.
