Monday, Monday!!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had our 5th Annual DCWV Summer Party at Lagoon Amusement Park! Everyone gets to bring their families for a day of roller coasters, entertainment shows, yummy food and lots of fun. Just another reason why I work for the best company in the world who IS a family and who VALUES families. Thank you, DCWV, for a great day! My kids had so much fun....highlight was my 7 year old riding the scariest roller coaster in the park with my boss, Dave! Hilarious :)
First off, I have LOVED reading all of your comments from Friday's video!! I always go back to the designers and tell them generally which stacks are your favorites based on your comments. This release, I swear all 7 stacks got EQUAL LOVE :) I love it when that happens!! One lucky winner...
My favorites are definitely Cherry Limeade and French Country. I can see lots of uses for them!
Email me your address at erinmadsen@diecutsinc.com to claim your prize!! For the rest of you, September will be here soon and you can pick up your favorite stacks then ;)
So does everyone remember our amazing Christmas trees at CHA last month which were COVERED in handmade paper ornaments?? Well guess what, starting today, I am going to show you how to make them!! Every Monday I will share a tutorial on how to make one of the ornaments...and I have enough to probably get us to Christmas, lol!!
Starting off with one of my favorites!!!
And it really is so easy!! You can get 4 ornaments from a 12x12 piece of cardstock. Here are the details!

Can't wait to show you more! Some of the trickier ones will have videos, but overall....they are all pretty darn easy! Have a great Monday!!! See you very, very soon!!

LOVE it! I'm definitely making some. For those who missed out on CHA, I THANK YOU for posting these!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are cute! Are this year's Christmas Stacks out already?
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the lucky winner. The cones are so cute. I think I am going to make some for my tree. I have the traditional red and green and think adding the cones to the balls will give it a nice pop.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Congrats, GrandmaTo5!! Guess what you picked the same 2 stacks that I did!! Have fun!!
ReplyDeleteThis ornament is so beautiful, Erin! Thank you for sharing!!

These will be hanging on my tree, for sure! Thanks for the tutorial and pattern.
ReplyDeleteAnd congrats, GrandmaTo5!!
Is this a free download template or do I really have to pay money to subscribe to Scrib thingy to get the template? OR it says I can upload something. I really have nothing worth uploading.
